Great reception areas.

Screaming kids in the pool Until late. Generally a lot of music / loud every night. We had some jumping insect in the room. manager dismissed it as “get these everywhere - it’s a hot country” but wouldn’t say what it was and we didn’t have them anywhere else. Bedding on My side had marks on it. Dirty.

The location is good. There are three shopping malls basically around the corner and the old town area can be reached easily by tuktuk.

Sizeable rooms, comfortable. Laundry in room with easy drying on balcony. Air conditioning was great, easy to adjust. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast and restaurant meals.

During our stay weather was windy and pool was shaded, we never used the pool. Located some distance from Riverside, many Tuktuk drivers didn't know it's location, fairly new. While there was a full kitchen it lacked any pots,pans, crockery and utensils.

The room was big and with some simple kitchen facilities. Although no tools were available. A room you can stay in for many weeks.

Breakfast was without possibility of getting soya milk, no cheese or rolls, baguettes etc. The restaurant is some minutes walking outdoors. Works fine until it starts raining. The location is not in walking distance of "anything"
