The pool was good but not cleaned enough

The staff eaten there food and drank alcohol in the presence of the guests. . . The dinning area's should be for paying guests not the staff.

Excellent service and friendly staff, very closed to the popular pub street just 5 minutes walk, comfortable room. Amazing place to relax in after visiting the temples, definitely recommend.

The staff are friendly enough and try their best but this is NOT a 4* property under any circumstances. My Family wanted to check out after the 1st day. How they earned these fellow traveller reviews and the 4* is beyond us. Breakfast was quite nice but the rooms were not cleaned, the bath tub has no shower curtain so it floods the floor. Our had a broken room door R16. Did not receive the 10% off F&B that we were promised. A very shabby, run down, poorly maintained property. Sad and disappointed as Siem Reap was great and we are on a week holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia all on Booking.com and this was the worst.

Location - quite out of town - and right by a smelly market was less than perfect but it didn't I interfere with it trip as we rented a scooter and so the distance was irrelevant

We stayed 6 nights, size of the room was perfect and the main criteria choosing this hotel. Everything was walkable for us, we rarely took tuk-tuk Breakfasts are nice, big a la carte menu Staff were very helpful, but sometimes English was a bit of a problem We booked our tours to Ankar Wat via hotel , everything was good. Just again communication in English was a bit hard and punctuality may vary.

I must warn you about smth no one mention here, quality of water supply they have is terrible. It smells dirty and like rusty. I found out that the water collecting container (just behind our room) was made of concrete and was rusty. I couldn’t wait to leave this place only for this reason and was using only bottled water for cleaning my face and mouth. Probably a couple of days wouldn’t be a problem, but for a week it wasn’t nice. Wi-fi - even though there is a router in a room internet quality is not suitable for video calls. audio and browsing is okaish. Also I skipped swimming in the pool, it looked not clear and clean
