PTThe location, this is one of the reason that makes it a turist trap.
Zero value for money. The room is empty and not cozy at all. Food is so bad that I can't even describe, breakfast is just sad. Staff was trying but they were lost.

INThe type of rooms and the location was great
They have absolutely no facilities. No restaurant options nor any activities. As it is there was no food (lunch) available at the only restaurant at the property, the stove at the apartment was also not working. Nearest restaurants and supermarkets are all 15mons walk by foot (which is impossible in the December weather) and they don’t have any taxi or car service! These things should’ve been mentioned on the website. We paid a whole lot of money just for the room.
AUlocation and room size
stayed 4 nights and room was not serviced once during our stay. set 3 course dinner that had to be ordered ahead of arrival was exoensive but very poor quality. food was microwaved. not up to standardir expectation for 4/5 star resort at Euro 385 per night.
We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a touch of luxury. The personnel were very kind and helpful and the sceneries were just amazing. This hotel is a gem.
The place of the property was magnificent and the grounds were bestifulle made nice. A minus in my opinion was that it was not possible to charge the car there. We sent an email asking about charging possibilities, but never got any reaction from hotel’s part. One could think that a brand new hotel in the area, where there are no superchargers available, would have invested on charging possibilities. Clients would appreciate that service!

SGFIAmazing cottages and staff was also exceptional. International positive vibe. Restaurant itself is also one reason to visit the place, because they can cook some gourmet dishes. Will visit again.
