Sijainti huippu sekä henkilökunta hoiti reklamaation upeasti.

Superion huoneen erillis sängyistä toinen heilui kovasti ja oli pyörillä. Huoltomies kävi korjaamassa, muttei auttanut. Respan henkilökunta ehdotti uutta samanlaista huonetta, jota kävimme yhdessä katsomassa. Sama vika, toinen sänky heilui. Ihana respan mies löysi meille premiun huoneen vaikka hotelli täynnä. Saimme sängyn joka oli vakaa ja saimme hyvät unet. Näkymiä ei kylläkään ollut, koska ylin kerros ja huoneessa oli pieni yläikkuna.

布団が気持ち良い。朝食豊富で使っている食材が上質。駅前。フロント前においしいデトックスウォーターあり。地下にあるサウナがきれいで気持ち良い。部屋の掃除が丁寧。プレミアムXLルームはバスタブ付きでトイレと別なのがよく、ウォシュレットが付いているのに驚いた。

Brokastīs pasūtījām dažādu veidu omletes, piedāvājumā visādi sieri, aukstās uzkodas, svaiga, garšīga maize, dažādas sulas, augļi, kafija ļoti laba, to var pasūtīt pie galdiņa. Vannas istaba izcila!!!, Gan kosmētika, gan aprīkojums. Apmeklējām arī viesnīcas Kupoli bāri ar skatu uz pilsētu.Viesnīcā iespējams izīrēt velosipēdu un tas ir pilnīgi bez maksas.
