Free wi-fi included, has a smart tv, vacuum cleaner, hair drier, has a few shampoo bottles in the bathroom already and the shower was nice with the hot water flowing almost instantly.

The toilet is probably the only reason why i am not giving this apartment the max rating. It has solely ruined my mood constantly stressing about not being able to flush everything properly. Besides, when i arrived there was already a piece of unflushed paper in it. They really have to hire someone to fix it. Anything else was manageable with little to no effort.

The studio is really bright with huge space and you can see the park view directly from the window. Also the bed is comfortable and other facilities almost work well.

1. It lacks clear instruction when check-in, such as the exact floor and how to use the heating machine. It is even worse since the front door was under construction at that time so we used 20mins to find where is exactly our building. 2. The heating system need opening manually but we don’t actually know without instruction, particularly you won’t have hot water without opening the heater. 3. The bed sheet and pillow towel are not clean enough with several stranger’s hair and other dirty points. 4. I think it’s might be my stupid thing but the shower head is totally different from what I used before. Be careful of using it.

A nice small studio in southern Helsinki. Lots of light. Enough of kitchen utensils and crockery for cooking and eating. Good bed. The apartment was nicely warm on a winter day. Nice view from the window to a park. Next to the tram stop.

There was only one chair as the other one was broken, but this may get fixed soon. The shower curtain was a bit too short so that the bathroom got completely wet when showering, and there was no floor scraper. The ventilation window could not be opened due to a table on the front of it. The place for picking up the key was a long walking distance away, which we learned only after our booking.
