The spacious really nice flat is excellent. Furniture, bed, sheets and dishes etc. are all good quality. Super location. Will visit again if deposit paying goes more smoothly next time.

The check in was very difficult - the deposit did not go through for unknown reason. Unsuccessfully trying to check in was very frustrating, especially because I was in another country, and then flying, not able to look into this matter. It was the first time when reserving in booking.com I was requested to pay deposit. Maybe the property owners have had bad experiences with their customers and that is the reason for the deposit. Having always been good trustworthy hotel customer it feels not nice to be requested a deposit. Finally then when in Finland I was able to get the deposit paid and was able to get the keys. The customer service was not always answering calls, but when they did they were polite and informative. Would have been nice to find coffee, I found one green tea bag.

The location is good right next to Kamppi shopping center .

The sleeping mattress is the worst I have ever slept on. Literally inappropriate in point of doing damage to your waist.Also a sofa in a very bad condition that under no circumstances can you sleep there either. I should have read the reviews before I book this place , there are many people that mention those issues. Additionally you have to go to a different location in order to pick up the keys and after that you have to walk a lot carrying your luggage.

It’s in great location. Tram, train , ferry and bus are downstairs. The sauna is very good. Cleanliness is not good enough. Some blankets and pillows in the cabinet are a little bit smelly. Some curtains damaged. It’s noise during weekend nights.

The toilet bowl was not sturdy and not in place. The utensils are not enough. Also, there’s no cloth for wiping the kitchen board and table. The bed and sofabed are old so they were not so comfortable to sleep.

Hey I I’m staying there for 4 night and I got bed bugs from there apartment it’s it’s really old apartment I don’t think they clean properly those bed and sofa bed. I noticed I got bitten my bugs when it was my last day staying there. I’m really sad about this.
