Is close to centre

On the same day we were supposed to travel, we suddenly received a text message saying that they would not be able to provide us with a room because of some issue, but they never properly explained what had happened. As a result, I had to pay for another accommodation out of my own pocket because they did not provide us with anywhere to stay. I am still waiting for my refund and have not received it yet. The communication with the reception was very poor — they did not reply to messages or answer phone calls. I definitely do not recommend this place and I will never book there again.
