何よりもオーナー様のサービス。50歳頃迄は一流のシェフ。その後、目の病気で失明。しかし、目が不自由でありながら、普通の人と殆ど変わらないチェックイン業務をこなしていること。視力にやや問題のある私は、とても感動しました。今回のスペイン巡礼の旅の中でも、最も深く心に残った出来事でした。 Sobre todo, me impresionó el servicio del dueño. Fue un chef de primera categoría hasta los 50 años. Después, perdió la vista debido a una enfermedad ocular. Sin embargo, a pesar de su discapacidad visual, realiza las tareas de recepción casi tan bien como una persona sin problemas de visión. Como persona con problemas de visión, me conmovió profundamente. Esta fue la experiencia más memorable de mi viaje a España.
