Albergue Roma

Good quality building-double pane windows, in floor heating, hot water showers. Good location. The room and building nice and clean.

The kitchen was a mess. Pity, because if the kitchen was clean this would be a very very good hostel.

Location and the fact that it had an elevator, refrigerator, microwave and air fryer. There are 2 bars close by and a mini store but walking about 10’ there are more restaurants and markets nearby. Staff is friendly and there’s a laundromat right next door.

The toilet stall is not small like some people said, it is minuscule, really hard to use, plus there’s only one shower and toilet for about 12 people so it’s not comfortable as some beds are right at the bathroom door. Also, not being an albergue fully dedicated to Pilgrims, you have people checking in later at night, which makes a pilgrim rest more challenging. Considering all that, if you are walking the Camino Salvador, you’re better off at the municipal albergue.

I liked the price and it was comfortable and clean. Also near the main town centre. You asked how was the breakfast I don't think there was breakfast provided , unless I somehow missed it.

No WiFi ... but for £15 a night it doesn't bother me I just went to bar nearby.

I was the only one there so no problem with bathroom. They were also flexible with check in arrangements.

In the shared accommodation only one bathroom for 10 beds could be problematic. They were not very organized and didn't answer messages through booking.com so if you need to contact them use email address.
