La struttura è bella e in una buonissima posizione

Nelle camere al piano terra è impossibile dormire, non sono vere camere, sembrano ex negozi in cui non ci sono muri verso l’esterno ma vetrate. Chiaramente si sente ogni minimo rumore durante la notte: veicoli che passano, persone che chiacchierano, nettezza urbana che pulisce.. se scegliete questo hotel chiedete specificatamente camere non al piano terra

Tesis şehir merkezine konum olarak fena değil, internet hızı iyi.

17-23 Nisan 2026 tarihleri arasında BYPILLOW Crosstown'da konakladım. Ne yazık ki deneyimim beklentilerimin oldukça altında kaldı. Öncelikle odalarda terlik bulunmuyordu. Ayrıca resepsiyonda görev yapan bir erkek personelin yaklaşımı son derece soğuk ve mesafeliydi. İsmini hatırlamıyorum ancak konuklarla iletişiminde güler yüzlü ve misafirperver bir tutum göremedim. Bu durum daha ilk andan itibaren olumsuz bir izlenim yarattı. Rezervasyon sonrasında otelin, iş amaçlı gitmem gereken noktaya oldukça uzak olduğunu fark ettim. Otele giriş yapmadan önce hem Booking üzerinden hem de doğrudan otelle iletişime geçerek rezervasyon süresinin kısaltılması veya iptal konusunda destek talep ettim. Ancak BYPILLOW Crosstown yönetimi, otel politikaları gereği hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olamayacaklarını belirtti. Konakladığım oda en alt katta ve sokağa bakıyordu. Gece boyunca dışarıdan gelen araç, insan ve sokak sesleri nedeniyle uyumakta zorlandım. Ses yalıtımının yetersiz olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bir diğer dikkat çekici konu ise check-in işlemini yapan personelin, farklı günlerde birkaç kez yeniden kimlik talep etmesiydi. Daha önce kayıt işlemini kendisi yapmış olmasına rağmen bu durumun tekrarlanması bana oldukça garip geldi ve profesyonel olmayan bir izlenim bıraktı. Otelin kahvaltı hizmeti bulunmuyor. Lobide ikram olarak sunulan kahve makinesini farklı zamanlarda üç kez kullanmak istedim ancak her seferinde kahve bitmiş durumdaydı. Bu da misafir deneyimine yeterince özen gösterilmediği hissini yarattı. Genel olarak BYPILLOW Crosstown, fiyat-performans açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Aynı bütçeyle daha iyi hizmet ve daha yüksek konfor sunan alternatiflerin değerlendirilebileceğini düşünüyorum. Bu nedenle tekrar tercih etmeyi veya çevreme tavsiye etmeyi düşünmüyorum. İspanya'yı ve İspanyol kültürünü seven biri olarak yaşadığım bu deneyimin ülkenin misafirperverliğini yansıttığını düşünmüyorum.
