Place is beautiful, rooms are nice, everything is modern and food quality is good but hotel service does not give luxury at all

customer service, does not give luxury, did not live up to expectations at all. if you are paying premium price you should get premium service and it definitely did not give that. housekeeping left dirty glasses after cleaning the room
