El apartamento es muy amplio y muy bonito con diferentes estancias que la hace muy cómoda. Resaltar que la piscina es increíble

It made us smile as soon as we walked in! Kitchen had everything you needed, just like home. It was clean and it was just what you expect a holiday home to be. Communication was fantastic. Absolutely loved our stay.

Tout était conforme aux photos et tout était très propre. Elena nous a bien accueillis et a été adorable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Un canapé un peu plus grand à l'intérieur serait le bienvenu.

La casa è bellissima e accessoriata con tutto quello che può servire. Gestita come una stanza di hotel, con pulizie quotidiane. Elena, la signora che si occupa della consegna chiavi e delle pulizie, è una persona squisita. Le immagini non mentono e la casa è così bella che non viene nemmeno voglia di uscire.

A voler proprio trovare dei difetti manca un bbq esterno e un paio di specchi in più non starebbero male. Un bagno è molto grande e uno molto piccolo e nel nostro caso, 2 nuclei familiari da 3 persone, una famiglia si è dovuta un po' adattare. Ma accanto al bagno piccolo c'è uno studio, quindi le cose da bagno si possono lasciare lì.

Was within walking distance of the village, the sea and grocery shop and bakery. Beds were really comfortable, the pool is such a lovely addition. Elena met us at the house and she was so nice and welcoming, she kept it so clean. The outdoor seating area was so lovely in the evenings.

The shower handle upstairs was slightly faulty and the plug in the downstairs bathroom was missing so water went on the floor

There are two elements to this review. One, the house and Two, the lies told to me by the Aria Hotel Group customer care that manage this property. This is my letter to ARIA HOTEL GROUP I am writing to you to voice my profound dissatisfaction with Pebble Summer House based on the misleading description posted on various sites including Booking.com where I made my booking. What will follow is your description of the property and the reality that we are confronted with. But before beginning, let me make it clear that I have written only three negative reviews in my 30 years of professional travel. My positive reviews are many, and include three other properties from this current trip booked on Booking.com and AirBnB - all of which I gave glowing assessments. The point I am making is that I am more than happy to heap praise on properties that meet and go beyond expectations while at the same time prepared to articulate in detail of my negative experiences with photos to validate my assessment. To start, the overall description of the property is completely innaccurate and is the biggest disappointment of not only this eight week trip staying in holiday homes in Greece, Italy and France but also our previous two summers travelling throughout Europe, ya;; booked through Booking.com, VRBO and AirBnB. In a nutshell, Pebble Summer House does not fit the category of Luxurios Getaway. From a bedroom too small for the bed in it to plastic crockery, to missing essentials such as the ADVERTISED toaster and kettle. The list goes on! The surrounding environment is underwhelming and far from picturesque. The properties from facing outlook includes a giant pile of rubble and on the other,  workers overlooking the only eating area that we could sit at as the back table only seats four and there is no indoor dining table as advertised.

See above. But the list could be longer. What I really don’t like is that despite a follow up phone call with Aria where assurances were made that they would compensate me for the misleading marketing of the property I have yet to hear from them again despite three emails and three weeks opportunity to rectify the situation

The house was even better than shown in the pictures. Elena, the host who took care of us during our stay, was great: she checked on us every day by texts, made sure the cleaning was done daily and even spoiled us with local pastry. We also liked the quitness of the location.
