"Some issues experienced but great location and service"

Great location. Good place for family trip. Great service from the team. They tried their best to help us and provided us early check in.

We experienced some issues when staying in the apartment such as clogged drainage hole, malfunction sofa bed, non-working power sockets, and technical issues with heater. But after asking for support from the Venus team, they tried their best to fix the issues. The hot water supply for the bathroom in the master bedroom is sufficient only for 1 person for the shower. You have to wait for some time for the hot water refill for another person to take the shower.

the place is good value for the money. its a big place located in a great area near metro and its very clean and tidy. you have everything you need.

the beds in the big room were not very confy (at least to my taste) and the place was getting cold by night, i dunno if the termo worked all the night hours.

We arrived late im the evening and they still welcomed us in person. Very comfortble place in a grat location.
