Gyönyörű és tiszta szobák, meg persze az egész hotel. Problémamentes parkolás, igazán pihentető ez a szállás

Nem kifejezetten a hotel hibája, de tökéletes lehetne, ha a szaunák textilmentesek lennének. Sajnos Magyarországon a szaunakultúra konkrétan nem létezik. Örültem, hogy szaunázhatok egy fárasztó nap után, de amint láttam, hogy az emberek fürdőruhában mászkálnak be, gyorsan visszafordultam. Pedig a szálloda biztosít szaunalepedőt. Felfoghatatlan számomra hogy igy mérgezik magukat az emberek

"Excellent hotel, awful beds."

Everything was very good except the beds which were unbelievably soft! I had a hard time balancing myself in the middle so as to not fall on either side. I have no idea where they got such bad matresses....

"uitstekende mix van ontspanning en werk in een zeer comfortabele omgeving"

-bijzonder mooie faciliteiten en zeer goed ontbijt + toffe bar -fantastische wellness, zeer rustig overigens -uitmuntende service, zeer betrokken en behulpzaam personeel, zeker aan de receptie -personeel zeer open voor extra vragen (regelen taxi's, voorzien verrassing voor jarige collega bij het ontbijt) -fietsverhuur pluspunt owv de ligging (maar betere/meer comfortabele fietsen zouden wel beter zijn voor een dergelijk knap hotel)

de ligging van het hotel viel een beetje tegen. Het complex zelf is prachtig, maar het ligt wel op een redelijk afgelegen stukje op een goeie 3km van het centrum. Je bent dus aangewezen op openbaar vervoer, maar dan moet je inclusief wandeling toch al gauw op een 30tal minuten rekenen om het centrum te bereiken (en je moet dan ook zitten opzoeken welke bus- of tramlijn, de klok goed in de gaten houden, ticketjes regelen, ...) Er was wel een alternatief, je kon namelijk zeer goedkoop fietsen huren aan het hotel. Dit hebben we dan ook gedaan en Szeged is zeer toegankelijk met de fiets (10tal minuten tot het centrum). De fiets is dus een fantastisch alternatief om in het centrum te raken, MAAR de te huren fietsen waren mountainbikes (voor mannen) zonder verlichting, spatborden, ... Niet de meest comfortabele/veilige/propere fietsen dus (al zeker niet voor mijn vrouwelijke collega).

A vacsora krumplipüréje nem volt a legjobb. Ketten voltunk az étteremben, de a pincér még s salàtàt is elfelejtette.

Schöne Anlage mit Spa und Aussenpool.

E-Auto Ladestationen sind von einem externen Anbieter. Die App hat leider nicht funktioniert, erst am nächsten Tag. Musste ohne Registrierung laden, und da wurde € 1,10 pro kW verrechnet - eine echte Frechheit. Das schadet leider auch dem Hotel. Bei der Hotelbuchung war ich mir noch unschlüssig, etwas später war der Tarif plötzlich um € 20 höher.
