Nice new hotel with helpful staff. Comfortable room. Ten minutes from.airport. Good for overnight layover only ascot is near nothing, hotel sits in a residential neighborhood that has unpaved gravel streets. Neighborhood belies newer and clean nature of hotel. Satisfactory for overnight stay

Staff were amazing. The night staff were extremely helpful assisting me to book a tuk tuk to airport at 4am. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful very clean.

The area was a bit sketchy getting to. My shower did not work, not the cleanest as there was trash in the bin from a previous guest.

There seems to be no noise insulation in the place. We got to enjoy Khmer culture well past midnight. There was only 2 of us in the entire restaurant at breakfast. Still, we had to wait 50 minutes to get our very simple French toast and a bowl of Khmer soup. 50 minutes!!!

the food was great and very good value for the price. all the furnishings and appliances were very expensive and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. They have a pleasant outdoor garden where you can eat or have a drink. It has a wall water feature with a koi pond. A quiet upscale facility. My family recommends it highly.

TV reception was poor.
