Świetnie położony apartament trzykondygnacyjny blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Heraklionu.

Budowa dookoła generuje dużo brudu, chaosu i bałaganu, ale wiadomo, że kiedyś się skończy i będzie wtedy tylko lepiej, wygodniej i piękniej.

Прекрасное расположение. Есть рядом пляж. В доме на первом этаже кухня со столовой и небольшая комната-гостиная. На втором этаже 2 спальни с большими кроватями. Всего 4 кондиционера. На третьем этаже - трасса с шезлонгами и столом, вид на море. Хотя сам дом и выглядит не новым, но внутри все очень даже достойно

La casa es muy grande y esta muy bien ubicada cerca del centro y con aparcamiento alrededor.

Faltaba limpieza en general y algunas almohadas de las camas olian mal.

I liked that is was close to the museums and the city center. It was clean.

The apartment is very unusual, from the photos you can’t tell but it is not as expected. There is room for so much improvement. Like the bathroom doors don’t close properly, they even open if there is a window open nearby.. The bedroom doors as well, they don’t close..they are broken. More towels for people who spend more than 2-3 nights would be more than appropriate, not only a set per person for 5 nights!

It's a big house with a terrace that has everything one may need. Lovely sea view from the terrace. Close to the city center. In general it is a good place for a short stay in Heraklion.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy but the stairs and the terrace not. But what made me a real trouble was the aircon - in one of the bedrooms, where i slept with my daughter, it didn't work so well, I couldn't switch it off as a result it was either too hot or too cold in the room. It also hangs above the bed and as a result of that all I caught a cold in my back and it was difficult to sit and bend over. This aircon really needs repairing.

Place

We stayed at Dermatas Residence City Center in Heraklion, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. Access to the apartment was very difficult due to road construction that we weren’t informed about in advance. This was already inconvenient, but even worse as we were traveling with a baby stroller, making our arrival especially challenging. The terrace, which had seemed like a nice feature of the apartment, was completely unusable due to construction dust. Worst of all was the lack of responsiveness after checkout. We realized we had forgotten a tupperware in the fridge and contacted the host immediately, with over six hours before our flight. However, we didn’t get a response until eight hours later — when it was already too late. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are more accessible options in the city with better customer service.
