Knights Golden Loch - Rhodes Unique Getaway

Great location inside the city walls. Clean apartment.

No clear directions from the host. Not even my friend who lives in Rhodes was able to find the apartment despite the fact I shared my location with her (detailed instructions, a video, what3words would have been helpful). No coffee machine in the apartment. Very rude downstair neighbours: they complained of the noise we were making whilst washing up the dishes (my son was already asleep), and tried to access our property and threatened us to call the police. Most of the noise would be prevented by felts under the chairs. No instructions given on what WiFi network to join.

Our stay was leisurely, the apartment was super clean. All the amenities were in place. Everything was provided. The staff was very helpful

My stay at Knights Golden Loch was a perfect blend of comfort and charm. Tucked into a quiet corner of Rhodes’ old town, it felt like a secret escape just steps from history. Every morning, I wandered the cobbled streets, enjoying the bakery and mini-market just downstairs. Inside, the house was warm and inviting, with a cozy living room perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. The bedrooms were comfortable, with soft beds that promised restful nights. Being so close to the Palace of the Grand Master, Mandraki Harbor, and Elli Beach made it easy to soak in the rich culture and beautiful coastline of Rhodes. The hosts were friendly and responsive, always ready with helpful tips to make the most of my stay.

Large bedroom

No cars are allowed in that area so you need a 15 minute walk to get there

Self catering so not applicable but property opposite a lovely bakery/ cafe

Just a couple of things that needed fixing, could have been a little cleaner. More hooks needed in the second bedroom for clothes etc.

Ample space for a group of 2-3 people.

Main kitchen light was not working, so the apartment was very dim at night. Hairdryer was not working. No functioning heater for winter stays. Host was not responsive to messages, before and during our stay.
