Stanza minuscola con finestre che non si aprono, dopo la doccia sembra una sauna. Colazione mai portata anche se inclusa per entrambe le nostre prenotazioni. Siamo tornati solo perché avevamo già prenotato, sennò dopo la prima notte avremmo cambiato struttura. Stanza che si apre con codice che non funziona.... diverse cose da migliorare!

Die Lage ist gut.

Zimmerzugang ein Labyrinth an Türen. Aufzüge ohne Ausschilderung. Zu wenig Parkplätze im Hof. Vor dem Hotel teilweise Parkverbot auch sonst 95% private Parkplätze mit Abschleppschilder. Frühstück hängt um 7 neben der Tür. Keine Teller nur Papierbesteck, ungeeignet zum Brötchen schneiden. Aber all das sind Luxusprobleme. Wenn man es weiss kann man sich darauf einstellen und ist dann doch happy. Dankeschön.

Cheaper compared to other places in the town. Location is not too far from the center. The room was clean and warm.

There is no staff at all and the code we received to get into the property did not work. It took a 40 minutes phone call to the property to get it fixed. The same happened 3 times as we booked the same hotel 3 times this spring. The entire bathroom gets flooded if you have a shower longer than 2 minutes because there is a 1 centimeter gap between the shower's glass panel and the floor and the bathroom tilts to the other direction, so all the water gets trapped around the toilet. If you showered longer, the water would go outside the bathroom. Many small lights, but it is still dark in the room if you close the curtains.

Personalen svarade vänligt då man tog kontakt med dem via Booking appen. Det var lätt att förstå hotellets instruktioner även om man aldrig träffade personalen irl. Surdegsbrödet var jättegott!

Badrummet var vackert! Men det fanns ingen bordsyta var man kunde ha haft necessärerna att ligga. Lavoaren var väldigt liten, och kom det vatten i misstag från duschen ut på golvet i badrummet stannade det kvar där om man inte lade en handduk på golvet. Det skulle ha varit trevligt om personalen kunde ha hämtat in nya handdukar för dagen.

Frühstück mitzubuchen bedeutet eine Tüte vom Bäcker morgens vor der Tür zu bekommen, der Inhalt war ordentlich, man kann sich in dem Aufenhaltsraum noch einen Kaffee machen und seine Tüte am Tisch verzehren
