The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, but honestly, I would rate it closer to 2 stars. The staff were polite — a special thanks to the young man who helped me park my car. However, the hotel itself feels quite old, and the room was a bit strange. The toilet and shower are located directly in the room with a transparent wall and no curtain, which makes it very uncomfortable — and, to be honest, if someone has stomach issues, the smell would easily spread through the whole room. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room itself. The breakfast was disappointing — I’m not picky, but there really wasn’t much to eat. Overall, I don’t think the price matches the quality. I stayed in other hotels for a similar price, and the difference was huge.

Locatie is 8km from centre of Ljubljana. And 50m from highway. You have to keep Windows and doors closed because of the noise. Then its no problem

Large room uniquely appointed blending historic living with modern upgrades. Decent breakfast, Owner very helpful.

Noise from street below and adjacent freeway. A/C did not work.

The character of the facility was amazing. It was warm and inviting with charming old things to notice.

The only downside was stairs up to our room and getting luggage up there but that is also pretty normal in Europe.
