"Has lots of potential. Needs to be appropriately cleaned between stays."

Nice location. Nice modern accommodations. Host offered compensation for all things that were wrong with apartment.

Not cleaned properly. No toilet paper anywhere. Bed sheets not changed. Old food in sink. Dirty Utensils on countertop.
