Cosy 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Budapest

Estado de limpieza muy lamentable. Telarañas en el techo, sabanas y toallas tendidas y mucho olor a humedad.

I would say for a fact that i will not be staying here again. It felt like the property manager had better things to do than to tend to this place. It was not really clean, kind of smelled of sewer when we got in. Airing it out helped. Having a p different kinds of shampoos is nice, but a simple kitchen towel and rag or paper towels would have been great. Also if you have small children or you are planning on drinking the stairs are not your friend. Dis not feel safe. In my opinion, the property manager should pay more attention to this place. On the upside, the location is great and the property manager was very accommodating when it came to check in time.

Ottimo il soggiorno, tutti i comfort di cui necessitate e anche la divisione degli spazi e le camere molto ottimizzate! L’unica cosa essendo piano terra si sentiva un pochino l’odore di chiuso, sopratutto perché la biancheria lavata dall’host la lascia praticamente stesa in casa! Ma tutto fattibile e consigliato nel complesso

Our stay was lovely. The location of the property is excellent. Close to the centre and a few minutes walk to public transport options. The owner was lovely. Great communication and flexibility. The only point of improvement that could be made is the bathroom needing a little spruce. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

Spacious two-story apartment for a large family. The kitchen and living room were very good. The rooms were cozy and had a TV.

The apartment had a musty smell and the bathroom had some water leakage problems. Humidity in the apartment makes it difficult to try clothes.

Good Air conditioning and TV. The door entry into the courtyard was secure.

The flat is alot smaller than the photos show. The overwhelming smell of damp as you opened the door was off putting as was the use of the landing as a drying room for all the bedding and towels for the next guests. This was a very odd practice. All our clothes felt damp the whole time we were there. The towels smelt disgusting of damp and must (not really surprising if they are attempting to dry them in a damp enviroment)which got worse as you used them. The kitchen is poorly equipped. I tried to use the cooker. It was totally revolting. The shelf and bottom were covered in black sticky stuff, like someone had had a bbq in it. It took me ages to scrub it to an acceptable level so I could use it. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows very poor quality. The stairs are very narrow eith not much headroom and not for the less able guests. Small signs of damp in the bathroom , kitchen and lounge which has been painted over.

Gute Lage, saubere Unterkunft.
