"Passable"

We arrived at 15:00 but we're asked to wait outside on extreme hot until 15:40, which is ridiculous. Ants and mosquitos Iron chairs Bed for kid was uncomfortable

Everything. The most welcoming hosts, Melissa and Corina, excellent facilities, a home away from home. Perfect location and beautiful surroundings.

"Nice place, good location, free parking"

The stay was good, the appliances all worked. The A/C was working a bit strange, perhaps due to the weather. Breakfast can be arranged in Grand Hotel Arenzano. The selection there is good, but the coffee from the machine not so much, you have to order coffee from the waiter.

Just missing salt and dishwashing fluid and a sponge, a minor thing. You never think to bring your own...

"Very nice place with the potential to improve."

The location is good, the apartament is big with all what may be needed available.

The communication could be way better, maybe the english was the issue. It must be mentioned that the building is located AT the side of main street. There are all the time cars passing, something like chilling on the balcony is impossible.

Very nice and clean apartment. Private parking underground. Professional and friendly staff. Next to the harbor where we went for one of the best pizzas I have eaten in a long time!

"Wonderful apartment with a terrace in an amazing location"

Everything was just perfect. Usually we stay in the Grand Hotel in Arenzano, but this time we were travelling with 3rd person and we wanted to have a bigger apartment. There is an underground parking space, which is super convenient. The place is spacious and clean, and super comfortable. Terrace with a view is just a cherry on top. Highly recommended!
