Everyday Apartments Corte Petroni

Fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect – everything was within walking distance, including the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment had everything we needed and made our stay in Bologna very comfortable. Communication was great and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We honestly couldn't find any negatives. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location is very central. The check-in instructions were sufficient. The house was very clean inside. The house had all the necessary amenities (olive oil, snacks, tea, coffee, etc.). The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Apartment Anna is beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Location good and central

Poor dismissive communication from onsite host manager at arrival who gave us access despite knowing the apartment wasn't ready.. Apartment found dirty on arrival and not ready at 3pm when we agreed a check in at 2pm after a 5hour journey. They blamed the previous guests who they said checked out late. We were told to wait another hour. Property management not bothered that they inconvenienced us and made us lose time. Very unprofessional. They didn't respond when I told them they can't make their disorganisation our inconvenience. Couldn't even use the toilet. No top sheets on beds which feels very uncomfortable and really important when its hot to have a top sheet. We ended up complaining to booking.com who told us the property wasn't willing to do anything. They charge alot but don't care about the customer service. As a property owner myself, customer service is everything. The property deserved a good rating but the service ruined our arrival and lost us time.
