"Exceptional accommodation"

We liked the cozy atmosphere inside the room. Everything was clean and tidy. We also also liked the flexibility to check in and access the room at any time.

Everything was great but for small tips for improvement would be to install towel hangers and an easier method to pull the window blinders.

"Bardzo ładny i zadbany apartament"

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Do centrum 5 minut na nogach. Do dworca głównego 20 minut. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Na plus 3 oddzielne pokoje, oddzielna kuchnia.

Prawdopodobnie klimatyzacja podłączona jest pod ten sam bezpiecznik co kuchenka indukcyjna oraz piekarnik. W okresie w którym byliśmy bezpiecznik był wyłączony i nie można było skorzystać z kuchenki bez jego włączenia. Natomiast do klimatyzacji pilotów nie było. Dodatkowo prawdopodobnie w całej klatce są mieszkania na wynajem i słychać innych wynajmujących.

"We enjoyed a 3 day stay in Bologna in this stylish, well-appointed apartment"

The apartment (Carlotta) is situated near the University and the area was buzzing with students, bars and restaurants. It was clean, stylish and well appointed. Bologna is pretty small and it was easy to walk to all the attractions from the apartment.

We initially had difficulty connecting to the WiFi (and I'm not really sure why). 2 of our devices (iPads) took 24 hours to connect. We also had some issues with the heating and the boiler. We were unable to control the heating and the bathroom radiators came on at most unusual times (leaving our damp towels over the them for long periods of the day). Also I suspect that the boiler in the apartment (Carlotta) serves the hot water in the other 'Everyday' apartments; this didn't cause any issues until someone had a shower at 5am and the boiler and pipeworks made a continuous high-pitched whine. These were minor issues but caused a little bit of irritation.
