REED Boutique HOTEL & BISTRO

We had a wonderful stay at REED Boutique Hotel & Bistro in Siófok. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very clean, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a short getaway. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The wellness area and pool were definitely highlights – a perfect place to unwind and recharge. Everything felt well-maintained and not overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was delicious and high-quality, especially breakfast and dinner. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. The location is also excellent – just a short walk from Lake Balaton, so it’s easy to combine relaxation at the hotel with walks by the water.

Második alkalommal voltunk itt és továbbra is nagyon tiszta, modern, nyugodt, kedves a személyzet. Tavalyhoz képest sokat fejlődött az éttermi rész szervezettsége és a minőségén is tudtak emelni, pedig azzal korábban nem volt gond!

The location

The hotel was overall nice and team was ok. Food was very good, the spa facilities were very good! It was clean they had small things like extra pillows etc.But there are couple of things must be mentioned.

We had a massive issue with the shower the water could not go down at all and literally flooded the room, other then having a new room we had to wait for a fix and we were immediately confronted that we did this but then the hair of the previous guests were removed but as the shower door could not be closed it still leaked and somebody had to keep it closed otherwise water would leave. On a 5 start level not acceptable. The room automated air-conditioning system was also not operating being next to the sauna our room was too warm, we were told after asking "its a technical issue" and its not working. Again that was not a sufficient solution from my point of view. Also the drink list in the restaurant was not up-to-date basically almost nothing on the list was available by the glass, this was just bad customer experience.
