The apartment itself was great! Lots of space, clean, multi bathrooms, and modern! Great location!

The renovations just outside the apartment were invasive at times. Noisy just outside the windows started early.

Excellent access to major sightseeing spots. The room had everything we needed. When we stayed in November, it was warm and comfortable inside.

Overall, I felt that the place lacked sufficient consideration for guests. 1.Very difficult to communicate at check-in. For several days before arrival, I had been asking about the check-in procedure via Booking.com chat, but received no response. On the day of arrival, I called and was lucky to get through and learn how to enter the building. When I asked how to reach them if I had further questions, I was told to contact them via WhatsApp. I couldn’t write down the passcode needed for entry, so I asked again through chat—but again, no reply. As a result, we weren’t able to leave the building for about an hour. Fortunately, another guest happened to pass by, and we were able to get the code from them. Despite never replying to any of my messages, they still asked me to notify them when checking out. 2. Room maintenance was insufficient. The hair dryer was covered in dust and didn’t work at first, so we had to clean it ourselves. The shower room door was almost coming off, which felt unsafe, especially since we were traveling with a child.

La ubicación e instalaciones.

El mayor inconveniente se dió para el ingreso al apartamento ya que no enviaron con anticipación laa instrucciones para ingresar. Estaba lloviendo nos mojamos muchísimo. Luego de escribir al alojamiento, enviaron a un joven que nos atendio y resolvimos, pero estuvimos más de 20 minutos bajo la lluvia. Deben mejorar el sofa-cama.

Posizione eccellente , in una zona pedonale. Camere Nuove di recente ristrutturazione. Palazzo centrale antico

Purtroppo il palazzo è ancora in manutenzione, ci sono tracce degli impianti a vista esternamente e molti calcinacci nel cortile interno. Questo non impatta con l'interno della struttura, molto bella. Le scale per il soppalco sono molto strette
