El apartamento aunque interior es grande y luminoso con un baño y un aseo

El apartamento está en una tercera planta sin ascensor, pero de un edificio antiguo con plantas bastante altas, por lo que es como si subieras a una quinta planta. El hall del edificio que debe ser bastante antiguo estaba en obras justo a la entrada del mismo que parecia llevan sin terminar bastante tiempo y dificulta bastante la entrada, aparte de que la entrada al edificio y por las escaleras estaba bastante sucio

There were works and repairs in the building but they were not really an impediment

Amazing clean,spacious apartment very close to the metro station and to restaurants/cafes. A big plus was that the people in charge of the apartment were extremely helpful and responsive.

Lack of an elevator (but it was mentioned so ok)

The house was centrally located, large enough and had sufficient equipment. If you want to stay in a good location and a nice house at a good price, we recommend it.

Spacious and very clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Iron, ironing board, sofa, large tv, separate bathroom and toilet. Velux windows with electronic blinds. Easy to use washing machine with liquid detergent supplied and face towels - the small details of generosity are very helpful for travellers. The photos and the details of how to find the apartment and open the key box are all helpful and accurate.

When they are ready to improve the property even more, I'd suggest changing the bathtub and its flimsy shower curtain with a custom-built stand-in shower unit. Also, the mattress will be due to be changed within the next year, as it is already getting a bit soft. From street up to 3rd floor is 91 stairs without an elevator is a bit of a struggle with heavy luggage.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. We found there everything we needed as a family during our trip. Thank you for taking care about all the details!!
