The good price and triple rooms

We called in advance to let them know we were going to arrive at midnight. We spoke in english and everything was set for our arrival.We were traveling and we only wanted to sleep the night and leave in the morning. when we arrived, the man that opened the door couldnt speak any english and wouldnt give us the rooms. He kept us there at the reception for an hour, from 12 am until 1am, with two little children and not undertanding what was happening. it was extremely frustrating. apparently one room was given to other customers, but they still had plenty of rooms available, and they just wouldnt acomodate us. Eventually, we were given rooms in different floors, which wasnt an issue, we just wanted our rooms to sleep the night. We had triple rooms. The double bed was ok, but the single bed was impossible to sleep in. The matress had metal springs that were extremely uncomfortable. We might be able to overlook this, as the price was ok, but the rooms could definitely be cleaner and more comfortable. What we didnt appreciate was the fact that when we were finally led to our rooms at 1am, very tired and frustrated, we were told that we have to leave before 8am. No respectful hotel will ever require their clients to checkout before 11. We left at 7am anyway, but it was rude, especially after all the trouble. Also, we ended up paying 2 euros more than the booking price in euros, because they converted and reconverted the amount before they charged us. Again, unprofessional. Overall, we cannot reccomend this hotel, because of bad customer service.

I paid from the app but the old man didn't write my name down. and I had to pay cash again and rent a room because I have a small child. wretched.

They did not accept at the price set by Booking.com, they issued a higher bill, it was already too late, there was no time to look for other accommodation
