Staff is not service oriented, subpar for a 5 star hotel (e.g. forget to bring coffee, forget to service table etc)

The hotel is very beautiful and stylish, with a spacious room and a very comfortable bed. Everything felt well designed and pleasant to be in. The breakfast was excellent, rich, tasty and with a wide variety of options.

Housekeeping lacked attention to detail, and an essential in room item was not in proper condition and was handled in an unprofessional way, including an initial attempt to charge me. Only after I escalated the matter and a long discussion did the front desk reverse its position and offer some compensation, which still felt unrelated to the issue or the overall stay. No one reached out to follow up during the rest of my stay, and I only received an apology when I raised the matter again at check out. I had also informed the hotel in advance about a special occasion, as agreed, but this was not reflected during the visit. This is not about the level of compensation, which would of course have been appreciated, but about the lack of understanding of how this kind of handling affects the guest experience. This is not what one would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Excellent service, impressive decor, extremely comfortable bed, and a great location for getting around the center on foot. The restaurant is also really good. The way the hotel has adapted the old building is stunning. We would definitely stay here again.

Подушки и кровать слишком мягкие. Если было бы чуть жестче - было бы отлично Не хватает обычной разетки у кровати. Нужно выключать колонку, чтобы поставить зарядку. Зарядки USB-C слабые и телефон от них долго заряжается
