Excellent location 5 minutes away from the city centre,very bright and clean apartment. The host was amazing too

Close to beach, transport was good, great weather.

Maintenance was very poorly considering I thought it would be all checked before our arrival. TV needed a PIN number to operate it nothing left to tell us that it took 2 staff members to come & programme TV. Basin tap came off in your hand when using the tap. Shower adjustment had no thread to adjust shower head. Beds uncomfortable. Bathroom door handle broken husband got locked in bathroom. Ceiling leaking water in living room. Lift didn’t work maintenance sign didn’t say what day it was happening had to climb up 6 flights of stairs to get to apartment. Made a complaint to Seaside tell me they didn’t advertise there was a lift in the complex that is not the answer I was looking forward they didn’t care about there visitors.

The only good thing about this place is the location — it’s central and close to everything. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. There was no running water in the apartment for the fist day which made even the basics like showering or using the toilet a nightmare. They fixed it next morning (night support doesnt work- dont even bother to call). One of the ceiling lights kept blinking every 20 seconds during the night, which was incredibly annoying and made the place feel run-down. Several chairs were broken and unusable, which made sitting down for a meal or even relaxing uncomfortable. We also reported that coffee capsules does not match for the machine, but this was never changed. But worst of all was the customer service. We reached out multiple times about the water issue and there was noone to respond. The next morning they claimed that I had no signal as there was no phone call received (also quite strange that watsapp messages and calls didn’t went through either). It felt like they didn’t care at all about the guest experience. For the price we paid, this was absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. As coming from hospitality industry myself, for the host my recommendation is to teach your staff to communicate as this could have been done differently.

The location, pretty, spacious and comfortable apartment, very well equipped. A huge plus for the big living room with a big comfortable couch and dining table, which allowed us to eat and relax together after a long day of walking and sightseeing :) In general very clean (only the floor wasn’t mopped so it was seen on our socks but not a big deal). The staff very responsive and helpful, we appreciated the clear instructions and quick communication. Very easy check in and check out.

It was cold even with the heating on (which is normal for the winter season and keeping in mind the AC vs the size of the flat. It’s important however to prepare for that and have warm clothes for staying in). The floor could use some mopping as explained above.

It is in a convenient location and is clean & very comfortable.

The lift was not working on arrival so we had to take our luggage up to the 6th floor (100 stairs). We got stuck in the lift towards the end of our stay despite the fact that there was only 3 of us (lift max is 4). The amount of utensils in the kitchen could be better (eg only one cup for the coffee machine). Although the description states that the apartment has a bath, there is no plug so it is not a usable bath!

Location. Quiet but close enough to main shops and apartments. Nice it was on the 6th floor too, as no road noise. Exceptionally spacious and clean. Amazing kitchen!

Bath plug not working so could not have a bath. Sheets need replacing as they were not matching and were worn and bobbly. Lift didn’t work for our last day. Nightmare being on the 6th floor and poor mobility
