Stylish Archway Apartment steps from Balluta Bay

Transfers were good, apartment was good although there was black mould in the shower areas and dust on top of wardrobes, not value for money considering the nightly rate.

Limited natural light, didn’t appreciate the inventory list with prices for replacement. Could have been a lot cleaner.

Checkin was appalling. We were given 2 addresses. After 2 hours of searching with our taxi driver and numerous calls to the owner someone finally turned up to show us where to go. After a 23 hour flight we were far from impressed. It was a ridiculous property address description. A front view photo of the entrance steps and a sign reading 1-16/175 Manwel … Street beside those steps would have made it absolutely clear instead of giving a street number for the building and then an avenue number for the apartment. A microwave should be an essential in a fully equipped kitchen. The towels left a lot to be desired

Great location and nice decor.

We had a minor issue trying to locate as the address wasn’t clear however this was soon resolved by a quick call to the agent.

Plenty of space, good renovation, great kitchen. Very unusual placement of the street, but it’s even an advantage. The location itself is great: close to all transport, you can get anywhere. And the street is fairly quiet. Not far LiDL, shopping malls and a Sliema ferry. You can get to Valletta in a 10 min.

Improvements: moiskito nets on the windows. And very peculiar rubbish removal. But the last one is a problem of the whole city. You have to adjust..

Great location, clean and tidy, all rooms air conditioned and Pierre was amazing, he helped us out from getting back and forth from the airport and any issues were sorted very quickly.

I guess it could use some carpets in areas to make it a bit cosier and the use of yellow lights as opposed to the fluorescent white would’ve made it even better than it already is.
