Boho Rooms Sliema

Penny and Nathan were friendly, helpful, organised and communicated really well with us. We loved the location, the price and the character of Boho Rooms.

The bed and pillows were a bit too soft and uncomfortable for us.

Uitstekend hotel met een fantastische ligging. De kamers zijn comfortabel, netjes en zeer rustig, met nauwelijks geluidsoverlast. Het verzorgde tuintje biedt een aangename plek om te ontspannen. 2 minuten wandelen van de haven en de bus. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Malta. Zeker een aanrader.

Dom sam w sobie bardzo klimatyczny, można przez chwilę poczuć się mieszkańcem. Miejscówka jako baza wypadowa genialna. Blisko na prom do Valletty i przystanek autobusowy. Pokój niestety bardzo mały i czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Na podłodze jakieś owady, w kuchni również tylko inne. Byliśmy 2 noce - późne zameldowanie i wczesne wymeldowanie, do przeżycia. Na dłuższy pobyt wybrałabym inne miejsce.

Location is amazing, close to the bus station and it was easy to get around. Shops and markets close which was very convenient. The guy&girl we talked to were really nice <3

At first glance, the room looks nice and has a pleasant vibe, both in the photos and when you first enter. However, after staying for a few days, several issues became apparent. The biggest issue for me was cleanliness. It felt like the property had not received a proper deep clean in a long time. There was dust almost everywhere on the lights, in the bathroom, on surfaces, and even hanging from parts of the walls. The bed linens were also disappointing. In my opinion, white sheets would be more reassuring as they can be properly bleached and sanitized. The sheets had stains that looked like blood, and although I contacted the host about it, they were only replaced the following morning. I understand it was late at night, but it still meant sleeping on stained sheets. I also found hair under the pillow that was clearly not mine. Even if the sheets had been washed, they did not feel fresh or clean. Another inconvenience was the lack of places to hang clothes or wet towels. We stayed for five nights and had to reuse the same towels throughout our stay because no extras were provided. The room also lacked natural light. The window had to remain closed because otherwise people from the street and nearby buildings could see directly inside. The glass was covered, which further blocked daylight from entering. The shared kitchen had an unpleasant smell, and it was unclear why cooking there was prohibited (?)despite it being advertised as a shared kitchen. Finally, the mattress protector did not fully cover the mattress, leaving old stains visible around the edges, which was not a pleasant sight. Overall, the place has potential and looks appealing at first, but cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.

Location was easy, comfy bed, great shower. Easy self check-in

Floor and sink were a bit dirty. Wi-Fi was very weak and didn’t stretch to the bedroom. Red window in the bathroom was horrible and the bathroom light had no impact during the day so the whole room was red - felt like a brothel

Podobno nasz pokój był ekskluzywny, ale porównując do reszty pokoi, ( widzieliśmy zdjecia oraz 3 inne pokoje na żywo, ponieważ trafiliśmy na moment schodząc na dół gdy akurat były sprzątane a drzwi otwarte). Mieliśmy wrażenie, że trafiliśmy na ten najgorszy. Wi-fi wogóle nie działało, co też nas zawiodło. Klimat sam w sobie był boho i nawet było mi w nim przyjemnie tylko nie wyglądało na zadbane, a szczególnie w kuchni gdzie baliśmy skorzystać ze sztućców i innych rzeczy bo smród był przerażający, oraz pajęczyny i zapach grzyba w tych szufladach z garnkami i innymi rzeczami do gotowania. Klimat mega uroczy, ale niestety nie do końca zadbane miejsce.
