Great location and very clean and comfortable.

The layout of the room meant the bed wasn't near a window and the lights near the mirrors weren't great for applying makeup. The pool was disappointing in size.

The receptionist was nice and welcoming

Luxury package felt luxury in the name only. The rose petals where in plastic... The chocolates were a little regular Lindt box that you buy in the supermarket... Sad even if I like the idea at start. Moreover, we had to find on our own information about scooter renting. The biggest pain point was that there were workers on friday early morning, saturday early morning redoing the hotel carpet in front of our room !!! It was therefore noisy so we had to wake up early, in addition to that, the doors of the hotel are very thin and you can hear everything from inside or outside the room. There is no intimacy at all, very sad for a week-end where you NEED IT. Also, the bar in the rooftop was closed all the time we went there, and the only time we went (during opening hours), the guy didn't want to make a cocktail for my wife because he said he was closing the bar. That was our last day...
