L'espace Spa Le personnel très accueillant, chaleureux, serviable

L'extérieur n'est pas su tout agréable. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier en chantier. J'ai eu du mal à trouver l'entrée.

The availability and kindness of the staff. They did their best to respond to our request. The breakfast was good and feeling

The room with a view on the road was so disappointed. Construction noises wake us up at 8am. It’s so disappointing to book a hotel next to the sea for the calm and the peace and being wake up so early by disturbances. Better noticing the customer in advance. The spa was old and not well maintained, we couldn’t use it. Very sad The breakfast is not a buffet but required to be order individually. I felt like I paid more than the service that was given. Unfortunately, I won’t advise this hotel.

"Excellent séjour dans un cadre paradisiaque !"

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l’hôtel ainsi que la vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, c’était vraiment très paisible et relaxant. La configuration de la chambre et la décoration étaient également très réussies. L’accueil a été particulièrement apprécié : une atmosphère très familiale, chaleureuse et bienveillante.

Il aurait été agréable d’avoir une machine à café dans la chambre.

"It’s okay for short stay."

Location, facilities, cleanliness

No available staff at the reception all the time. Needed to call a number always. We were at room #1 which is at the main entrance next to the reception. The room is good for disabled. We booked standard room, Balcony was in our room description but there was no balcony.

Near Blue Grotto point this stay is amazing. Tasty breakfast. Comfort rooms. Kind owners. Aalto restaurant is one of the best in island.

Beautifully located - but not easy to get by public transport.
