Прекрасное местоположение, рядом с аэропортом, рядом с Валетта.

При въезде мы получили ключи которые открывают входную дверь и потом сам номер. Перед выездом мы получили письмо инструкцию, где было сказано, что ключи нужно оставить в номере на столе и захлопнуть дверь, мы так и сделали. Но ситуация заключается в том, что чтобы выйти на улицу ключи так же нужны. То есть они открывают входную дверь снаружи и изнутри. Была небольшая проблема выйти из здания когда мы выезжали. Мы нашли выход, но этот момент не продуман.

Sporco, rumoroso, accesso ai piani superiori con una scomoda scala e portare la valigia e' stato faticoso. Scappata appena arrivata!!!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, ebenso die Ausstattung. Für mich als Alleinbewohner war es gut. Das Appartement war für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.

Trotz dem Hinweis, dass das Appartement nur 28.5 m2 ist und nicht wie ausgeschrieben 60 m2, wurde die Beschreibung der Wohnung nach 10 Wochen immer noch nicht angepasst. Das finde ich schon sehr befremdend und unkorrekt. Die Wohnung ist nicht mal halb so gross wie ausgeschrieben. Die Vermietung verwies auf falsche Angaben des Besitzers. Der Besitzer verwies auf falsche Angaben der Vermietung.
