Good facilities,clean and comfortable rooms,good parking

We can do a liltlle bit better on breakfast....also little bit far from highway...

The staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. They did all they could to make us feel welcome and they found solutions to all our requests. The structure seems pretty new, or at least maintained in very good condition.

No negatives this time

This Hotel was the only hotel in this area and I can say it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were large and clean. No real restaurants in this area either so i ate in the Hotel and even though there was limited choice, it was all very tasty.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed. The staff was kind during their working hours.

In the evening they switched off the AC and our room was on the top floor. The temperature increased quickly. There wasn’t any emergency number to call neither a 0-24 reception. Until the morning the AC was turned off by the hotel, we couldn’t do anything. The other issue was the payment. They had a trouble with booking as they said. While we were having dinner in Jászberény they called me that I have to pay instantly while on the booking app it was written that it would charge automatically. They asked me to get back to Jászárokszállás until 8PM (called me 7.30PM) to manage the payment. Finally I offered to transfer the money cause I would love a calm dinner. On booking as a facility there was sauna written. On site they informed us that it doesn’t work during these months.

The hotel is really exceptional, from the staff that is super polite and helpful, breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room was very clean and new. We had a family room which was equipped with everything, even a small kitchen with all that we needed. Thank you!
