výborná poloha (cca 600m od prístavu v Sliema), hneď za rohom dva malé obchody a pošta. Inak celkom príjemný apartmán, aj keď nie žiaden luxus (ako to vyzeralo z niektorých obrázkov), ale účelne a plne zariadený na kratší pobyt.

Pri príchode sme mali malý problém s kódom, ale ten sme telefonicky rýchlo vyriešili s majiteľom, inak bez problémov.

Both me and my husband suffer from respiratory issues and asthma. We attempted to open the windows at first and even left the apartment for 2 hours, but when we returned we needed to use our medicine, since we couldn't breathe. At first we thought it is due to the humidity causing condensation in the bedroom, but then we saw the black mold in the bathroom. We then immediately contacted the property, explaining our situation and asking for another room. The proposal was declined and we asked for a refund. They said they will look into it, but since we couldn't breathe in the property, we had to leave immediately and book another accommodation in the area. When we asked for a feedback the property just refused refund, quoting their cancellation policy, despite us noting that had we known there was black mold on the property we would have never booked it. They refuse to refund us and refuse to answer the attempted reach of Booking.com. It caused us not only respiratory issues in the next days that worsened by the time we got back to our home country, but immense amount of stress due to having to search last minute for new booking and moving our luggage while heaving.

We were really disappointed with our recent stay. Despite confirming our arrival time in advance, we arrived to find the apartment had not been cleaned at all. There was waste left behind, the toilet was dirty, towels and bedding were unclean, and there was even mouldy bread left in the kitchen. We had to wait approximately 1.5 hours while the apartment was cleaned, which was extremely frustrating after travelling. This situation made for a very poor first impression and was not what we expected. To add to the frustration, on departure day the website stated checkout was between 11–12, yet we were pushed to leave before 12pm by the cleaning staff. This felt quite ironic given the delay and lack of readiness on arrival. Overall, the lack of basic cleanliness, poor organisation, and inconsistency around check-in and check-out times significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property based on our experience.
