Wir hatten das Superior Studio. Ausstattung ist einfach und praktisch. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist top, vieles Sehenswerte und der Bus Stop für die Ausflüge ist in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist wenig abwechslungsreich, aber sehr lecker, vor allem die Brötchen. Es wird morgens ans Zimmer gebracht, das ist praktisch, wenn man Lunchpakete für die Ausflüge mitnehmen möchte. F

Wir mussten wegen Flugstornierung um eine Nacht verlängern. Es ging leider nur über Umbuchung. Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht uns zu helfen. Leider sieht man niemand vom Personal persönlich. Insgesamt ist die Organisation super. Die Zimmer und das Haus sind über Code zugänglich. Es läuft alles über Mail. Aber in bestimmten Situationen wäre es gut, wenn man mit jemandem vom Personal direkt sprechen könnte. Das Zimmer (diesmal Studio Deluxe) war größer und komfortabler, und sauber sowieso.

位置很好，因为主要城区和景点都很靠近，所以去哪里的都方便，附近还有一个美食广场和小猪超市。房间也干净

因为冰岛多变的天气原因导致一天无法入住，一般酒店不允许退但是可以改入住时间，经过协商被酒店拒绝但是当天酒店房源充足

It was in the centre and very close to bus stop 9 where a lot of the excursions will pick up from. The property was immaculate and warm. I would 100% stay here again.

Great location. We felt very safe and secure with the entry system. Size of apartment was perfect for two of us. Bathroom/shower lovely. Bed and pillows comfortable. We had a lovely view from our apartment on the fifth floor. Overall cleanliness was good. The property was very quick in answering my messages and helped us store our luggage until check in time.

Some areas could have been cleaned a tad better such as dust on flooring and hairs in shower area and on towels. There is also no safe in the property.
