Location, size, cleanliness and contact with the staff was great! They were very responsive.

Only downside was during our first day we had an issue with the code. Took a few hours to resolve but other than that it was great!

Location, spacious apartment

When we arrived to the apartment, the sheets were visibly dirty, and I wrote to the staff about this. We wrote with them for two and a half hours, where they told us they would find a solution. After two and a half hours they still didn’t have a solution for us and it was getting late. Their final solution was to sleep in the dirty sheets and wait for the cleaning staff in the morning to change the sheets. This was absolutely unacceptable, and we told them we would not accept this. Then suddenly they were able to change the sheets the same night. I cannot recommend booking hlemmur suites. The customer service is very poor.

I loved that this was a space that had a kitchen with some supplies for us to save some money on meals. Everything looked really nice and clean and was quite comfy. No noise issues at all. The door code system was excellent and gave us no need to worry about a check-in time. The main tourist shopping area was just down the road from the suites so once we finally found parking we could just leave the car and use our feet. All needed amenities were within a short walking distance.

Trying to find the place was crazy. Google maps kept sending us to a place a block over and there's no street in front of the suites so we couldn't just drive by and see it. It's off a bus parking lot (although I never saw a bus....). Eventually we parked and walked around till we found it and then had to haul our suit cases over. I do wish the listing had clearer instructions about how to find the place and the details that make this location a bit harder to access for unloading a car. For parking we searched for street parking that was close enough to walk. It was too far for hauling luggage though. Just drive into the bus area to load/unload. I wish we knew ahead of time that to do that. Breakfast - We wouldn't order that again. It was a bag of food delivered and hung on the door. It was fine enough, but with the kitchen available we would have been MUCH better off just having our own selection of food from the Bonus down the street. It was a croissant, a bun, a piece of cheese, an apple, a jam and some orange juice. We didn't get to use the breakfast our last day even though we paid for it because they only deliver at one set time and it was after we needed to leave for the airport so good to consider that when choosing to pay for the breakfast.
