Una estancia excelente. El hotel muy bien ubicado, la habitación espaciosa y limpia. Aparcamiento muy fácil y comodo. El desayuno abundante y muy bueno. Todo perfecto. Volveremos!

Location

The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful. The room was stylish, the suite was comfortable, and on the surface it feels like a premium stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down significantly by poor customer service and a lack of care throughout. On arrival, the room access code did not work. With no reception staff on site, this resulted in having to make international phone calls to resolve basic access issues. There was also no clear in-room information provided (including Wi-Fi), which meant further unnecessary calls and frustration. For a property positioning itself at a higher-end level, this felt disorganised and unsupported. A particularly disappointing moment was the handling of the complimentary bottle of wine at The Square restaurant. We were initially dismissed and told the venue was unavailable and to return another day, despite the restaurant appearing almost completely empty. Only after pushing back did the tone change. While the wine itself was eventually provided, the issue was the way we were made to feel — uncomfortable and unwelcome — which was especially disappointing as it was my partner’s birthday. As someone who works in hospitality, this was not an acceptable standard of guest interaction. Sleep was also disrupted due to early morning church bells (from around 6am), the hotel being under a flight path, and reduced privacy due to neighbouring apartments overlooking the property. These are important details that were not clearly highlighted prior to booking and materially affected the stay. While the amenities such as the hot tub and bed were fine, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and an absence of guest care. Issues raised during the stay were not addressed promptly, and resolution only came after escalation.

Zimmer super modern und groß. Terrasse wunderschön mit tollem Ausblick.

Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer kein richtiges Fenster nur in einen Lichtschacht, welcher sehr laut war und oft nach Essen, vom Restaurant, roch. Lüften oder bei offenem Fenster schlafen, war daher etwas schwierig.

Amazing hotel room in beautifully restored building. You go across the square to have breakfast which is plentiful and good quality. Cannot recommend this boutique hotel enough. We also had a room with a balcony overlooking the square.

Absolutely nothing!

Very central location in the main square with great views. Small hotel with only one other room in our floor so very quiet. Lovely comfortable beds and large rooms. Good bathroom and shower. Very nice balcony terrace with chaurs and loungers to roof area. The room was cleaned exceptionally. Borislav on reception was very attentive and helpful, he was available every morning during our stay. The breakfast at the Square Gastro Bar was exceptional. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Suurepärane asukoht linna peaväljakul, väga mõnus hubane hotell, väike bassein vaatega kirikule ja mägedele, mitu restorani kohe hotelli kõrval. Jalutuskäigu kaugusel ka rand, poed ja kõik muu vajalik.

L emplacement,au cœur de la Ville, bus a proximité.. L'accueil, personne charmante et ils répondent à chaque demande...la chambre superbe avec Terrasse, on a adoré...

Le petit déjeuner pris dans un bar en face.. personnel moins à l' écoute et bcp moins souriant... Sinon petit déjeuner complet...
