IBB Hotel Palazzo Bettina Malta

We loved absolutely everything about this gorgeous hotel. Especially the rooftop view. Fantastic location, historic with all the beauty of Malta captured in the restoration, excellent staff (you are all amazing 🥰at making guests feel welcome, call out to Adrian and Caelin for their warm welcome when we arrived, Roma and Lyn our fabulous housekeeping staff, front desk staff Dora, Misha, Roman, Alberto and Niels, and Josephine our waitress) you all made our holiday magical, made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back to see you one day.

The hotel is beautiful, my room was very spacious and tastefully furnished. The location is excellent to explore the island. The breakfast is delicious. The roof top pool with an awe inspiring view is superb. Most of all the staff were fantastic. Dora is just wonderful and knowledgeable and manages a brilliant team. Josephine and Caelin are still in training but did a fabulous job in welcoming us and helping us with all we needed. And my room was always spotless thanks to Roma‘s great cleaning. All the staff, also the night shift, were always charming and friendly. Thank you! I can highly recommend this hotel if you visit Malta. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

いわゆるスモールラグジュアリーホテルです。10日滞在しました。立地が最高、景色が素晴らしいです。バレッタへはゴンドラのような渡し舟で行きます。これが良い、お勧め❣️またフロント他スタッフが全員フレンドリーで親切。心地よく過ごせます。スウィートお勧めします❣️

pool was chilly as was hot tub.

The main letdown was the quality of the towels - thin and not very white. A/c good. Staff most helpful and recommended good restaurants nearby. Not bothered about the shops.
