We had such a wonderful stay at Kotor Nest! From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with parking, which made everything so much easier when arriving in Kotor. What truly made our stay special was how they helped me organize a surprise for my husband’s 30th birthday. I had contacted them in advance, and they prepared everything perfectly, a lovely dessert with a candle, beautifully arranged. The surprise turned out exactly how I imagined it, and my husband was genuinely touched. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, which made exploring Kotor so easy and romantic. Thank you so much for making our stay and this special occasion so memorable. I would absolutely recommend Kotor Nest to anyone visiting Kotor!

I just liked the location and it was clean.

The staff were indifferent. Only the welcome upon arrival was good. I later inquired about airport transfers via WhatsApp, and it took two days for them to did not respond. Supposedly they had a coffee machine, but it was broken for three days and nobody bothered to help. The rooms are very noisy. From the second night onwards, there was constant noise from a baby in the next room, footsteps in the hallway, and kitchen noises. My shower had very little water, it is really bad for shower. However, I didn't bother reporting this because the hotel's support line didn't respond to messages. The noise from the renovations inside the apartment building never stopped. The noise, which started at 9 a.m., made it impossible to sleep. Aside from the location, it's definitely not comfortable. It's an indifferent establishment.

The location is perfect, right in the Old Town. The room was very well decorated and furnished, we felt right at home. Adrijana made our stay really smooth, giving us recommendations and answering our questions before our arrival.

Location is good

This is a semi hostel with some private rooms. Doors are very thin, so you hear everyone walking. A coffee machine and lobby are located in 1m from rooms so you hear absolutely every noise. No privacy at all. I arrived at a check in time, my room was not prepared. They spent 5 min on wet cleaning and I almost fell on the wet floor. Room is tiny for bags.

The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of old town. The room was nice and clean. The receptionist who checked us out was lovely and helpful (think her name was Andrea) Bed was huge and amazing for my partner and I space wise.

This certainly should not be called a hotel it is more like a hostel environment! Not sure how this has 4 stars. Things wrong included: - shower did not work properly, at times was like a cold drip that wouldn’t run. This has been complained about in previous reviews but not fixed. - we felt like staff could have been more helpful through the stay. - the room is supposedly cleaned only if you stay longer than 4 nights ( which for a 4 star hotel is crazy) but we stayed 5 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We were offered clean towels ONCE out of 6 days and not a single fresh set of bathroom products like shampoo, which we ran out of. - the booking stated there was a kitchen available. This is actually in another part of the building with a different key which staff only gave to us mid week after we had to ask. - the entrance to the building is undergoing rework it looks like - however, it is rather dodgy looking and smells of cat urine. - the hallways themselves smelt of sewage. - worst of all - if you are a light sleeper DO NOT STAY HERE. the walls of the room were paper thin and I was kept awake multiple nights by snorers and music in one room that went on until midnight. Quite the opposite of the relaxing cosy stay we were expecting.
