Sibel & the other staff were very nice.

When we arrived at the property after a long journey, they didn't have our correct booking for which we had confirmation. The apartment we booked was supposed to have a view, outdoor dining furniture and generally correspond to the lovely photos on line. The staff were obviously in a bit of a bind and put us into accommodation that we had not booked and we asked if there might be another more similar to what we booked. We moved to another. The next apartment was so grubby. There were no blinds on one window which woke my daughter at 4.30am, the toilet seat was broken, the blinds in our room wouldn't close, the curtain rail was coming out of the wall, even the curtains were inside out, the walls were badly scuffed, the plaster on walls blistering, the furniture badly stained. Instead of a garden view, we had a view of another apartment so that the curtain had to remain closed. We talked to the staff, who empathised and suggested moving to yet another one. We decided, for the sake of our holiday, we had to find alternative accommodation. We asked Casa if they'd consider a refund, or even partial compensation of our 5 nights (seeing as they did not have our correct booking) and they refused due to their cancellation policy. Surely if it's their fault they should make an attempt to compensate. This is the first time we have experienced such disappointment and a total misrepresentation of a property. Booking.com did little or nothing to help. Luckily, the subsequent accommodations on our trip were all amazing but this was a very bad start

The location of our room was perfect—you step outside and the pool is right there. It also had a washing machine, a dishwasher, and several sets of linens.

Room cleanliness (the walls were dirty, the toilet was filthy, and the sofa was stained and had burn marks).  The staff, although very friendly, are poorly managed. We asked in advance via WhatsApp if we could check in early, and they replied it would be no problem. We arrived exactly one hour early, but were told the room was not ready yet and to wait half an hour. I had to rock my baby to sleep in my arms outside.  Then, they gave us a key card that didn't even work for our room. There are three people working at the reception, but if they are serving someone, you have to wait. One employee will explain the hotel rules at length, while another just sits there listening, without even asking why you came in.

Sibel, from casa collection was very very friendly . She help us in all our question. We could come to here at any time. She gave us tips on how to discover Montenegro . Its a wonderful land !

דרך גישה חדר צפוף

Exclente localização, perto de tivat e do aeroporto. Perto de kotor, e das atrações circundantes, como a serpentina de kotor, ou o teleférico. Tem ainda piscina para quando voltar dos passeios e das caminhadas! Tem também um mini parque infantil que a minha filha adorou! Caso algum dia volte a tivat, onde ficar está já decidido.

Não é propriamente uma critica, porque vi que estão em obras e melhoramentos, mas os acessos (estradas) estão muito degradados e em terra! Mas acredito que será temporário, e não é de forma alguma uma condicionante para ficar lá!!

Put do objekta je loš, okolica objekta izgleda kao gradilište. Rezervirali smo sobu s pogledom na more, a dodijeljena nam je soba u prizemlju prema vrtu. Nakon što smo se žalili osoblju da to nije ono što smo platili, rečeno nam je da nema više mjesta u sobama kakve smo mi rezervirali i platili. Totalna neprofesionalnost, kao da bi to trebao biti naš problem što se oni ne znaju organizirati i voditi računa o tome koje jedinice su slobodne, a koje nisu. Nakon što smo ušli u sobu i vidjeli stanje sobe, zidovi nisu obojani otkad je objekt napravljen sigurno, sve je vrlo površno napravljeno, od lajsna, štekera koji vire, da ne govorim o flekama na namještaju, na stolicama, rub školjke da ne govorim. Kad smo još vidjeli da se ulazna vrata ne mogu zatvoriti kako treba, zvali smo osoblje i ukazali su nam da treba svom snagom lupiti da bi se zatvorila. Nakon svega uočenog, osjećali smo se prevareno i otkazali smo smještaj, i nismo dobili povrat novca, ali nije nam to tada bilo ni bitno, samo smo željeli što prije otići jer smo se osjećali jako loše i prevareno. Ne znam kako objekt uopće ima tako dobre ocjene kakve su prikazane, svakako nema veze sa stvarnim stanjem i preporučam da izbjegnete ovaj objekt i nađete smještaj negdje drugdje.
