The views and the pool

How badly the apartment was constructed. Cabinets didn’t close, the mattress was smaller than the actual bed. No nightstands. Hard to lock backdoor. Impossible to sit normally on the toilet.

Стаята, която получихме нямаше нищо общо с тази на снимката, която резервирахме. Хотелът е разположен далече от града и наоколо няма супермаркет или ресторант от където да се вземе храна. Хубаво е да разполагате с превозно средство! Първата снимка е това, което резервирахме от сайта, а останалите са това, в което ни настаниха!

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff are some of the best I have ever encounter out of all of the countries and facilities I have stayed. They went far above and beyond to make sure it was a magnificent stay.

The only thing that I did not like is that I had to leave. The staff made me feel like family. There were concerned to make sure that I felt safe and at home. They have even been helping with other matters that I have, and they are till in contact with me. They are wonderful people.

I recently stayed at Casa Collection and honestly, it felt like my own little hideaway from the moment I arrived. My experience there was exactly what I needed—calm, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. My room was spotless and beautifully designed, with attention to detail that made it feel personal rather than just another hotel stay. I especially appreciated how quiet everything was; it made it easy for me to relax properly after long days exploring Montenegro. My mornings were a highlight—having coffee with that view and feeling completely at ease set the tone for the whole day. The staff also made my stay feel effortless, always friendly without being intrusive, which I really value. I left feeling like I’d stayed somewhere that genuinely took care of me, not just accommodated me. I’d happily make it my go-to place again if I return to the area.

I recently stayed at Casa Collection and while there were some good aspects to the stay, I was a bit disappointed overall with the view from our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the property felt well maintained, but I had expected something more special given the location. The main issue for me was the view — it wasn’t as impressive as I’d hoped, and I would have strongly preferred a view over Kotor Bay. That was actually one of the main reasons I chose the place, so it did affect my overall experience. Everything else was fairly smooth, but the lack of that standout view made the stay feel less memorable than it could have been.
