Fantastic welcome from Alec, such a friendly helpful guy, would definitely stay again. All staff we met were excellent Great breakfast lots of choices and good coffee Easy secure parking even for large car Comfortable clean room 15 minute walk to old town and Mogren beach which Alec recommended and was perfect. Supermarket opposite hotel was handy

Nothing to dislike

The overall experience was really nice! We got excellent service from all the workers at the hotel, but big thanks for the manager who really put some extra effort in his work and want to make every customers stay at Hotel Pima special. He was so helpful with everything, and I really mean everything! By far best hotel service I had ever had! And the wiev from our balcony was so nice, we had a really good stay here.

Nothing to complain about, only sad thing the vacation is over and we had to fly home.

Lovely

No issues at all

Great hotel, spacious lovely room with a balcony looking out to the mountains. Breakfast, facilities and location are all great but the outstanding thing is the staff, Ogi and team provide a fabulous welcome and couldn't be more helpful.

הצוות מהמם, מקסימים, עוזרים, קשובים מאד לכל בקשה. היה לנו עצוב לעזוב אותם. החדר נעים ומזמין. ארוחת בוקר טובה.

הבריכה נחמדה אבל לא מתאימה לילדים קטנים יש עלייה טיפה קשוחה מהים למלון, אבל המרחק קצר לא היה אמבטיית תינוק אבל גם בעוד מלונות במונטנגרו אין ויש רק מקלחון, צריך לקחת בחשבון

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and there was always hot water available—not just from a water heater with limited capacity. The breakfast was delicious, with warm croissants and a small but well-selected variety of options. The coffee was surprisingly good as well, which is quite rare for hotels. I would especially like to mention the heated swimming pool. This was very important for our family with children, as the pools at other places we visited in mid-June were too cold and the kids wouldn't go in. A special thanks also to the reception staff, who were polite, courteous, and highly professional throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by an incident involving other guests. During breakfast in the outdoor dining area, one young man repeatedly stepped out onto a balcony completely naked while laughing and interacting with friends seated at a nearby table. This behavior was inappropriate and uncomfortable not only for us but also for other guests. What was especially upsetting was that my two daughters witnessed it. The hotel staff were informed about the situation, and I hope appropriate action was taken to address the incident and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated in the future.
