New. Clean. Quiet. Fan/light has its own life. It goes on and out without obvious reason. Very few kitchen utensils.

Etablissement quasi neuf, appart très agréable. Possibilité de parking. Bon rapport qualité prix. Petits défauts d'aménagement, ex fils de la boulloire ou de la machine à café très courts et pas de prise de courant à coté.

Super recomendo. Quarto com cama grande e confortável com kitchenete equipada. Lugar tranquilo, e limpo. Têm a linha 7 do metro a 900m que faz ligação a todas as atracções do centro de Paris.

Seems to be a brand new property. Even though it says breakfast included nope not until July 1 they said. Primary room light was controlled by the remote. but everyones remote controlled everyones fan and light. So someone comes to their room at midnight turns on their light and yours also turns on waking you up. They adjust their fan and yours changes also. NO Air-conditioner so the fan was very important. Unless you want fast food you have to walk a minimum of 10 minuets. This is a residential area nice and quiet but nothing around.

Bon séjour a Ecla Villejuif. Résidence neuve avec des chambres bien équipées sans plus, mais avec quelques soucis de conception (prises de courant a des endroits peu évidents dans la cuisine, problème de télécommande du ventilateur et de la lumière...) Un bon nettoyage d'après chantier serait nécessaire par endroit. Accueil cordial.
