Sur un séjour de deux semaines j’ai dû écourter mon séjour de 4jours… Odalys n’a jamais voulu rembourser même avec une demande d’hôtel.com.Les personnes à l’accueil très aimable sauf la dernière le jour de mon départ. Sinon très bel Hôtel avec grandes pièces. Tt est neuf , manque juste torchon ds cuisine.
Bon accueil. Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Propre et tres bon état général. Un petit bémol sur l’insonorisation vis a vis de la circulation sur le quai Colber

L'hôtel est bien placé. Il est très bien isolé car on n'entendait aucun bruit des autres chambres. L'appartement est très confortable et bien agencé. La literie est très confortable. Le personnel est très serviable et gentil.
Great hotel to stay, nice amenities, bed comfy, full kitchenette with pots, plates, cups, forks/spoon/knife, Very good sized Refrigerator, Microwave, mini-dishwasher, water boiler… all great for long term stay However, this hotel is NOT located right near the Train Station! if you exit out of the main entrance, turn left and go all the way straight down to the main road/dock in sight and then turn left again and go straight until you see an McDonalds in sight, it will be on your left before you get even close to McDonalds area. If you exit the train station through to the bus terminal, go straight down where the buses are and turn left and go straight until you see McDonalds Logo on the street across
Nous avons choisi ce logement pour notre séjour en Normandie pour deux nuits. Bel hôtel, appartement spacieux, calme, literie très confortable, centre commercial et restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Très bon rapport/qualité prix.

Les avis positifs sur cet établissement sont étonnant. Hôtel horrible. Propreté absente. Les veilleuses ne s’éteignent pas on a dû les cacher avec de la toile. Pas de liquide vaisselle. Fenêtres sans stores donc la nuit à croire qu’il fait encore jour. Bruit très fort. Le coins cuisine en mdf sale et crade. En arrivant à l’hôtel, pas de parking (il fallait réserver alors qu’on nous a jamais informé avant)…bref à fuire
