Очень красивое и удобное местоположение.

Очень плохой персонал. Были проблемы которые мы просили решить, но решили только одну. Сами предложили завтрак в дорогу, так как улетали рано, но сами же его и не дали. На телефон не отвечают, очень не опытные работники. На фото есть лежаки у номера, когда у нашего номера не оказалось лежаков, нам сказали что это наша проблема и мы можем пойти взять и принести себе их, только они все заняты весь день. Сломана скамейка была, но мастер пришел и сделал, это единственный вопрос который решили.

Bazen izvrstan, prostran, čist. Sobe ok, ali jako loše očišćene prilikom ulaska u sobu. Osoblje predivno, toplo, susretljivo - 10/10. Doručak - užasan jednom rječju. Općenito, od relativno novog objekta očekujete vise - od usluge do sadržaja. Glavni problem leži u manjku osoblja. Njih nekoliko doslovno rade sve, od recepcije do održavanja hotela.

The location was excellent and the view was stunning

‏The hotel experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and it is unacceptable that our room was not cleaned for 5 nights. We kept contacting the receptionist, and every time they said they would take care of it, but nobody came, we didn’t even receive clean towels. ‏We also paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi, but there was no hot water at all. We asked several times for the issue to be fixed or for the water to be heated, but unfortunately nothing was done. We also tried to use the safe in the room, but it was not working. We informed the staff, and they claimed the batteries needed to be replaced, but nobody ever came to fix it or bring new batteries. As a result, we had to carry our important belongings with us all the time, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay.
