Zenao Appart'hôtels Boulogne-sur-Mer - La Rose des Vents

Accueil exemplaire, très propre et bien situé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’hôtel.

Well, this place seems brand new and is clean and the apartments are lovely, there is a lot of noise of construction and seagulls over the canal. Also, the staff is not terribly welcoming. And the breakfast was poor. Customers had no access to any of the food. For €11, you got served weak coffee and a toast and croissant. Compared to the average continental breakfast in France that’s pretty bad. You had to ask for anything while the staff helped themselves to espresso.

L'accès mal indiquée mais pour le reste absolument rien a reprocher. Aussi propre qu'un hôpital, aussi calme qu'une maison de repos. Une vue paisible et agréable. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Je vous conseil cet endroit sans hésitation (sous conditions de ne pas être un groupe de fêtard car c'est pas un lieu pour vous )

Mooi nieuw gebouw parkeren eronder stad en strand op loopafstand. Simpel ontbijt maar genoeg. Personeel heel aardig.

A lovely new block of apartments close to the harbour and marina but currently surrounded by building works. When completed the venue will be a great asset to Boulogne Su Mer. Note that property is primarily aimed at senior citizens, very much like a McArthy and Stone complex with a high ratio of residents from this sector. The management has released spare capacity to the wider public and while we were there users included a student and a young business manager. That said, the management appear to be struggling to reconcile the two target audiences and those using the property outside of the senior citizen audience faced a limited choice of breakfast. Overall the site offers great value and facilities but could benefit from some more experience on how to cater for the general public.

Impeccable niveau propreté,équipement,facilités. Localisation superbe mais gros chantier travaux alentour,tout à fait indépendant de l'hôtel. Seul bémol,communication lors de l'accueil et mauvaise connaissance niveau financier,rien à payer réitéré alors que rien n'était réglé...

Super appart 'hôtel, avec vue sur le port, et proche de la plage, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Accueil parfait malgré l'heure tardive. Les petites choses a ajouter : un sèche cheveux et un portemanteau dans la salle d'eau. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Nous cherchions un pied a terre pour visiter Boulogne. Noys sommes ravis. Le sudio était spacieux. Le personnel attentif et serviable. Les petits déjeuners bon et copieux. Merci et a bientôt
