The terrace is brilliant for morning coffee and a glass of wine after dark, with a brilliant view over Valletta. Location is really good, only a 10min walk to the seafront and public transport. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Tea, coffee and water in the foyer was appreciated to save having to buy any.

As others have stated - taking €250 out of the account preemptively in case of damages was excessive, and sets a tone that you don't trust the people staying. Why not just take card details and keep on file to charge a fee if there's an issue on check out, like hotels do? Also the many messages sent before check in about signing rental agreement were excessive, and the "paperwork" in itself was complete overkill - I signed a shorter rental agreement for the 1 year lease on where I live! Also worth noting that there is no lift in the property so the stairs to top floor are a workout - we managed for 4 nights though and that was with a baby/stroller. Bathroom has poor ventilation so v stuffy and warm, and was v small to move around in.

The place is clean, tidy, has everything you would need. Very well equipped kitchen. Location is great also. Easy check-in with a door code. No keys for you to stress for. Honesty, I can recommend it. 😊

The property is managed by a company, not by private host. They make you sign an agreement online and provide them with your credit card details for them to charge a deposit. It’s written in the Fine print btw, which is fine. What I did not like was that I told them that I want to read the agreement first over the weekend, but they wrote me the next day again, and the next again… 😆 Also communication was too much for me - they try to upsell you a lot of stuff like to buy you groceries, airport transfer, experiences…. The cherry on top was when they asked me to leave “the key” and take a photo of it, when there is no key. There is a door code.

Удобен,красив и чист апартамент с гледка от терасата към Валета. Локацията му е страхотна- в близост до ферибот, автобуси и на бързо пешеходно разстояние от Сейнт Джулиани със страхотни заведения!

Appartement vraiment conforme à la description. Petites dosettes de thé ou de café soluble disponibles . Vue superbe sur La Valette de la terrasse .

Pas de cafetière dans l’appartement. Pas d’eau chaude au niveau de l’évier
